Qualification:
  • Graduate of BS Information Technology or any related field
  • Knowledgeable in networking
  • In-depth knowledge of the four network types (LAN, WAN, MAN, and GAN)
  • Can configure different types of VPN in different protocols
  • Has background on configuring Routers, Network Switch, Firewall, and other computer networking devices
  • Knowledgeable in different networking devices
  • Can configure enterprise Access Point (AP)
  • Knowledgeable on different kinds of servers

Duties and Key Task:
  • Level II Support for different clients of the company
  • Escalation of cases/issues of clients to principal support if needed
  • Prepare and submit reports
  • To pass certifications of the products carried by the company
  • Giving quality feedback and service to customers at all times
  • Provide support to clients on weekends and/or holidays if needed
  • To present product presentation and demonstration

Qualification:

Qualification:

  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from planning to closing
  • Excellent monitoring, coaching, and people management

Duties and Key Task:
  • Issue purchase orders to suppliers, distributors, and manufacturers
  • Ensure that orders received are accurate
  • Ensure goods received are not damaged
  • Handle goods throughout the purchasing process
  • Work closely with relevant departments to ensure products purchased are in line with the needs of the company
  • Keep accurate records of purchases made
Accounting Staff
Qualification:
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
  • At least 1-year experience in accounting or a related field
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
  • Ability to read and analyze financial reports
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
Duties and Key Task:
  • Maintaining monthly financial reports, records, and general ledger accounts
  • Preparing journal entries, analyses, and account reconciliations and assisting with monthly close processes
  • Contributing to the development and review of annual operating budgets and performance projections
  • Maintaining documentation for accounts receivable, purchasing, and treasury and conducting internal audits
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reconciliations
  • Meeting processing and reporting deadlines
